I have no problem which trail - Only done Henops Sandwani and Heidelberg

Sandwani is quarry pits (40Km odd past Cullinan) there is some sand & water if there has been rain - not a lot of sand, but should be some mud - where did you have in mind to find SAND? Sodwana .

I will try any trail so long as there is someone to help/advise me with what to do in the new beast. (I do have recovery gear - not that I intend getting stuck).
Ill deffinatally help you out if you get stuck, we there to help each other hahhah

    Hi all

I have to be in - must find out more about this beast. Sunday 9th it is (2 weeks to go) - what time and where do we meet?
I have been to Henops once but I believe there are 2 tracks (Pride & Trail) so anyone got co-ordinates or do me meet somewhere first?
Are we going to burn so meat afterwards?

    Here's the Map
    http://www.hennops.co.za/contactus/map.aspx

I see they only open at 8:30, but I think we can meet up at the gate at 8:00, for some chatting. then we will have enough time after the trail to do a lekker braai at the picknick area .

O ja, see the prices are advertised as R200 per vehicle

P.s. the track is Auto 4x2 with diff lock rated, so no worries about damaging your vehicle unless we want to do the klipdrift trail, which might be more of a challenge?

OK great - the last time I did Hennops Pride - so this is the 2nd track (different to the first) - will be here 08.00 on the 9th - looking forward to it.
I see a group forum guys are meeting at Groenkloof this coming Saturday morning - they say an easy trail good for beginners - I am going along to give the beast a try - so that I do not look like a TOTAL dweeb next Sunday. Any othere Hummer takers for this Saturday (1 Dec) to help widen the Groenkloof trail?

it's just rock and more rock and then loose rock and then rock sliding did I mention the Rock part
also when we went there was a truck which burnt out and spilt diesel every where so half the play area was just diesel and burnt rubber so it was a nasty one.
have a look at the photo and you will get an idea

Just goes to show how people and their preferences differ. I hate water and Mud, but love rocks, and you are the opposite
