House renovations and electric fencing installation

Hi All

I want to do a couple of renovations/extentions at my house and also want to install electric fencing.
The renovation/extentions will be:
1 - Build a new patio with a build in braai. The stoep will be +- 50m2.
2 - Take out jet bath, motors and cables, and convert it to a shower.
3 - Install electric fencing and connect it to the existing alarm.

Does anybody know of a good reliable builder and also some one that can install the electric fencing.
I'm in Weltevredenpark in Jhb.
