At that mileage just make sure the cambelt has been replaced and pulleys serviced - circa 12k and must be done at around 90k km - this is on the 2.5

Yep I agree 2.5 - just make sure the pressure test has been done on the coolant system - Mitsubishi should do that free of charge

The pulleys were raplaced already as the guy heard them make a noise on holiday in George and had it done there with the belt.So that done.

Ok , this is interesting why not the 3.2 with 85 000km?? Motor is proven, maybe the interior not all the bells and whistles , but I've never driven one, so I won't know.
    Will save R35 000 ......

I have driven both quite a bit.The 3.2 is a really good motor. If i was to choose between the 2 small things will turn me.For one the 2.5 motor is very responsive and quieter. If driven nicely you might get 10kml on the 3.2 but easily 12 on the 2,5...The 2.5 is a 5 spd auto and 3.2 4 spd..The radio on the 2.5 is a proper ugrade and you can add apple car play or other double din options straight to the dash unit.the 2.5 has black leather and the 3.2 tan.

But I pulled the trigger on the 2012....
    Flying down on Friday....
I'm thinking, because I haven't owned any one, I can start with the 3.2... maybe later 'upgrade' to a 2.5...........

Congrats Hugo. I would have done the same as you, the 3.2 is a bullet of an engine and strong as an ox.

I own two of them so I might be biased
