Correct, both days are booked. Sunday group is full (I got the last spot) but there are some spots on the Saturday group. If you want to go I can give you the details of who you need to contact. From the forum, BBK and I think ScubaSteve are driving in the Saturday group.

Thanks, my name is down Believe 8 vehicles on Saturday at this point. My guide, who is leading the group told me just to relax and that it is all common sense. Told him some of us need to be taught common sense

No, what i meant by cam dying is my camera. Charged it day before but lasted a couple of pics and died on me. Barto whats your take on re moulded tires on the dunes? I struggled a bit at 0.8bar, pumped the tires down to 0.5 front and the tire came off the rim not long after and couldnt get it back on.

The lightweight zook(1000kg) was running at 0.4 in the front and 0.2 at the back on it's remoulded tyres, but it's a 9.5" wide tyre and I think the rim is only 6" wide.

How wide are your rims? If the rim is a lot narrower than the tyre, the tyre won't come off very easily and it's a lot easier to put back on when it does come off.

I always go for a rim much narrower than the tyre, or at least, I won't buy a wider rim when I upgrade to a wider tyre. Usually the rim ends up being narrower than what the manufacturer recommends and it has always worked for me. I learned this about 10 years ago from someone that had 30 years more offroading experience than me.
