It's probably pretty easy to trade the wife in but by now we know most of the traits and I do not think it's worthwhile to even try and learn all that rubbish all over again

I'm sure u'r mrs will recover just fine as I am sure I will.

    You are absolutely correct.

The worst for her is that she cannot run - she is a keen jogger. So she is getting pretty frustrated with the laying in bed thing.

Went with LROC to the AAWDC charity drive on Saturday. Very well organised by the Nissan club, and a nice day out. Pity it was poorly attended though.

Then this morning my son (11) got up to tell a joke in church, to the whole congregation: What do you have if you've got a big green ball in each hand......................?

    Hi Juan,

    Thats the spirit.

    No extended/existing issues.

This is not a place to make a point. Find an existing thread for that.

    Just a little topical banter.

This thread is neither. Just say howzit I am here, whatcha doing.

OK, so we had a good day, did some very mild 4x4 stuff and had great fun with the Land Rover Club guys.

    Hi to you all.

Not so windy actually. Het vanmiddag bietjie kaans gehad om op ou Bessie te werk. Sit nou hier voor die TV soos 'n oupa en kyk Robin Hood. Nogal interesant.

If we keep it clean and stay OFF topic, it may last a while.

Like I said, just a couple of lonely old souls keeping in contact when the forum is quiet.
