Hi All,

With all the stunning pics on the forum, I thought it would be nice to see what people have done with Cell Phone cameras.

Here is my contribution.

All taken with Nokia N97.

Just a pity the attachments are reduced in data size. Hides some of the sharpness and depth.

Keith that little nokia is by far the best little camera around, i still use it now as a camera and it goes with me on my trips for all those small but spectacular things, nice thread you started thank you.

The camera in my Samsung Galaxy is nothing special (5 mega Pixel) but it does shoot full HD video which is fantastic! I use it all the time while 4x4ing. They say a picture is worth a 1000 words, well, a video is worth a 1000 pictures...

I would like to see some Nokia N8 pics. I hear they are brilliant.

I will post some n8 pictures when I get back home. The camera is indeed a class above other cell phones. I myself find it difficult to remember which photos have been taken with my n8 and which with my Canon EOS
Rebel T3i and most often then not I have to check the exif data. The n8 color gamut competes with any mid range camera. Another point I want to make is, most cellphones have a inbuild Gps receiver and will geotag your pics. Anyone looking at a picture wants to know 2 things: when and where. Cellphone cameras are the future. As my father used to say: 'in need, a small gun in your pocket is much better then a big gun at home'. And yes, all pics have been taken with my N8 cellphone and are geotagged. Use Picasa to access GoogleEarth for the coordinates.

It looks like the upload shrinks the image, resolution on my PC is 2560x1920, but after the upload its much smaller, even if you open it in a dedicated window...
