Not sure, but I deflated everything to 1bar. Jackie pulled them out of the holes with his winch and then I just reversed them out to a 'safer' point.

I did most of my driving there on 2.3bar pressure, but as soon as I stopped, I had to deflate to 1bar in order to get going again.

Good to read this, I thought everyone charges other people, as on 2 occasions once us and once other people and we never had recovery gear. We got stuck at Dirt and Dust and had to pay R100 to be freed. I have always told my friend one day when I have mine and I have recovery gear I certainly wont charge anyone!! what goes around comes around I suppose

That was one of the contestants driving,I was at the top, ready in another Mitso & competitor, who didn't get dug in as he turned the other way while he still had momentum.
Most of the teams had never driven sand dunes before.

The winner of the comp goes to Moz,a lot....

Isn't this from the video clip in the US somewhere where they rip the axle off the Jeep with a monster F250?

Die rede vir my vraag is dat ek so by myself leer uit ander se ervaringe. Dit lyk vir my asof indien daardie Isuzu 'n voet links gemik het, hy daardeur sou kom - baie minder skuins en al die wiele met beter traksie as dič op die foto.

Malaysia 2000 - at some stages we made 2km in 12hours, 10 days in the jungle of which 15 days was winching and being STUCK.

The second pic doesnt show the gradient, but as I selected gear to attempt the climb, we slid backwards about 100m. We eventually had the Koreans help with a train of 5 vehicles winched to each other to make the hill.
