So, this was me. Yes, yes. I know. I still have pretty shitty tires on. LOL. But even so, was pretty capable and did not anticipate how soft this mud was. I bought the car with these tires on, almost time to replace them with some decent A/T.

Here is some proof that having some cash doesn't mean you have brains. Look at the other vehicles going past and ask, how come you drive so easily and I'm struggling so?? Makes me think of all those Namibia pics of the guys getting stuck in sand, all because they won't deflate to .8 bar.
Please don't slap your PC hoping you will affect these morons.

When you have no clue what sand driving is about
It is not what you buy its what you build.

Have 4x4, will drive on beach. No experience required. No vehicle prep required. Only a whoosee needs a 4x4 driving course...

That is the general erroneous perception out there...

If it's lying on it's tummy, it doesn't matter what tyres you have on, stuck is stuck!

That recovery is not as easy as it would seem even with a 6x6 in front. I have helped to recover a big rig from the shore dump before

I wonder if they dropped the tyre pressure sufficiently if at all?

I wouldn't imagine the driver would have much beach sand experience, especially not wet sand.

They need this. The Mack were the recovery king. But yes recovering a stuck 6x6 in sea sand that is real recovery.

Have witnessed a Ratel recovered by a Mack where the 20 mm recovery point were torn out of the body with a kinetic rope .

Presies wat ek heelpad vra. Die wit hings staan in parking lot, maar hulle probeer recover met die kleintjies...
