    Default African Crane Conservation Programme

Sorry to disappoint you all guys. No mud and no vehicles got stuck.
Our Saturday spend with Ursula Franke, the Field Officer for the Highveld Region of the African Crane Conservation Programme for the EWT was a very good experience. Daan, myself and Chris met with Ursula @ 7h30 in Belfast. Once we were on the route we had to stop every 2 km to observe the area for any bird life.
It was a very beautiful area and I which I had time to take more photos.
We saw quit a lot of Fish Eagles.
The road conditions were mostly dry and we experienced no difficulty at all.
After we completed the route we all went for a locally brewed beer at Anvil Ale House were we met up with the other teams.
We then went to see the Dullstroom Wildflower exhibition were Chris supported the organization by buying quite a lot of plants.
We wish Ursula and the team all the best in the future and we sure hope to stay in touch.
