    Wessie,

    Nice Colt!

I like the Botswana river crossing. That is a real river crossing (not a wet road! )

Thanks 4e. It was taken last year April, after that heavy rains they experienced. On the road from Mankwe to the (famous) Kwai river crossing. Got stuck a couple of times, but was great fun!

Here are a couple of pics of my previous Pajero, a 2000 3.5 V6 DOHC Auto, and my current DiD LWB Auto (Note the "grader" attached to the rear of the DiD; that towbar has got to go...).

Morne, welkom by die Clubcabs. Is daai 'n AluCab? Ons moet dalk 'n tread begin hoe om aluminium canopies te modify.

Jou middel foto kan jy gerus net so regs van die son afsny.

I also think this is a good looking bakkie, but I'll wait for other guys to test it first before making a decision in '08. Better be around 120kw or the Toyota might come into the picture.

Ross, hope you will give a report on those Cooper STT's.

    Hoffie,

I'm not going for the STT's, I am going for the ST's. I don't really see the need for mud tyres, not yet at least...

Ross, the owner of the Triton is battling with speeding tickets. That 3.2 DiD has got it. I was amazed to how capable she was off road. The manual says that her diff lock engages and disengages automatically in low range. To me this sounds more like a limited slip diff. I'll take some pics, next time out.

    Default Mitsu pics continued

#1 - The family enjoys it as much as I do. Koffie en beskuit tyd!!
#2 - Lekker speelplek vir die kinders. Pa word ook soms soos 'n kind!!

These photo's are not nearly a true reflection of the joys and pleasures of this vehicle combined with unspoilt nature, but at least it brings back the good memories!
