Default De Wildt - Gert se klip with a Suzuki Grand Vitara

Well done Jaco, afaik you were the first to do Gert se klip in a GV.

    Here is the movie clip

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=daJH_WoHpeo

Now that the GV's have done ALL of De Wildt the only reason to go back is to show the Toys, Landys and Mitsu's how to do the Axle twister without stopping, spinning, reversing and trying again

And for all those manne who laughed at the Daihatsu Terios (Toyota in camo's) i was dammned impressed with the 1.5l without low range. This little car has an impressive articulation and bounced along happily behind the GV's. He could clear rocks i had to avoid and the Short wheel base's approach, crossover and departure angles made up for lack of grunt.

Does anybody on the forum know what is the gradient of their cement track's last hillclimb? It seems damned steep from the top.

Exclamation Gert Se Klip and GV

Yes... can't believe I always feared "Gert Se Klip". With you navigating me, it was actually not that bad.. but the firts time.. I must admit.. I was a bit nervious... second time.. well... easy as pie.

GErt se klip was extra slippery today.... rain and sand on wheels.

Must say.. if the GV's can get a lift of 40mm... WOW... not much will stop us!

    Well... the terios..... AMAZING STUFF!

    Hey Michelle,

Right at the beginning it was the hard rubber/plastic(?) scoop under the front bumper that caught slightly

Is daardie GV nog standaard hoogte? Met geen lift nie? As dit is, is dit well done
