Ok- it definitely isn't your ABS.
For ABS to shudder you need to be braking to the point of locking the wheel, and only the pedal will pulse under your foot, the whole vehicle will still be smooth. A stronger clue however is that your bakkie doesn't have ABS
First check your diff lock is off. Maybe somebody bumped the switch.
Othrewise, check the brakes are free. Park on level ground and push it. It is heavy and hard to get moving, but once it's going it should continue to roll very easily. If not, perhaps a brake is binding. Jack up the wheels and spin them individually to see which one it is.
If it rolls easily, then something is wrong in the drivetrain. Look at engine and gearbox mountings and propshaft centre bearing.
If no joy, try to find the pattern. Does it shake throttle on/throttle off/steady state? Turning/straight? How smooth is the road?
