Try not take anything less than trade + service costs out of the hand.

I know you are going to lose a bit. Be honnest with the pottential buyers and have them make you an offer and take it from there.

Keep it between retail and trade less the fixing costs.

Get a couple more quotes... I still think you are being shafted!
