Default Cape Town air show a winner

I think that the organisers and participants at todays Cape Town air show is to be congratulated on a job well done. At R30.00 it was a bargain, but the full glossy programme at R10 must take the cake! Guys, thanks for showing how one can still get shows of this quality at budget prices! I will never forget the sound of that F1 - like the sound of a top fuel dragster and a Formula 1 car, it's another one of those things that us technoheads need to experience up close at least once in our lifetime!

Bugger the F1 - Give me the 4 lightning any day... and I have some excellent video of them !

But it was a great show. Pity about the dampener (the accident) as well as the disappointing Gripon non-event...

As far as I know they were a bit busy with re-supply missions up into Africa... Got two buddies working there, and they were both into Africa...
