    Default Torsion Bar Help

We are trying to locate a right torsion bar for a Nissan Sani V6 1993 model. If anyone has some info please let me know. Dimensions are approx. 1,2m x 30mm.
Thank you for a great forum!
    Kind regards

    Jaco,

Keep in mind that the V6 has a thicker torsion baar than the 2.4.
I think it is best to replace both bars and not just one.
Have you tried Midas / Autozone for the cheap replacements.
    The other option is Ironman.

I'll try and find the exact dimentions of the torsion bar.

I had to replace my Torsion bars on my 2.4 Sani last year this time. Cost me around R3000. I used Iron Man. Nissan wanted near on R4000 just for one!!

Jaco - bel vir Darryl by Mikem. Ek het so ruk terug daaraan gedink my terrano s'n te vervang, maar het nog nie daarby uitgekom nie.

Ironman wou R 4500 he vri die 2 - standaard dikte as die OEM, maar Mikem kon vir my gee wat 0.8mm dikker is vir R 1850 vir beide - fitted.

    Hallo Sani Boy

Waar het jy jou torsion bars laat vervang en is jy happy met die Iron Man

I got the torsion bars at one of the wheel places at 4 ways mall (down at the bottom, I think it was a tiger wheel and tyre or a similar shop set up like that), can't remember the name of the place, it was the only place that had them in stock (one of mine snapped on New Years day so I was eager to fix my car as soon as the shops reopened after the holidays). I really cant say if I feel any difference between the Nissan ones and the Iron Man ones, for me it was purely a purchase based on availability and price.

Een van myne het laasjaar Nov gebreek. Het na 3 dae se gesoek een in Springs by n scrapyard gekry vir R250.

Maar ek hou van die ene van Mikem Suspension Systems.

Sal later in die jaar die twee kry en stoor.
