Hi Mladen
I have the same bakkie just the 4 x 4 and i am running the GY Wrangler AT/SA. Very good tyres. Hanldes off and on road very well. Also a very good price tag on them.

I am planning a trip to Richersveld (in April) with a mate who has a Mazda D/Cab 4x4, just in case I need rescue.
Currently I have Bridgestine Dueler H/T 840 on that came with my Triton (4x2 2.5) and am thinking that I would benefit from getting better tyres to handle the off road.
Would that make significant enough improvement to justify the cost and what tyres would you recommend (I would probably put Brigstones back on after the trip)
Thanks all
Mladen

There would be an improvement , but only truly noticeable with a true AT tyre ie.BFG . For just this trip it would be a waste IMO , if you're going to do this frequently then maybe . New tyres on vehicles really do take a lot of torture before they give in , including HT tyres , you'll be surprised .
If you're concerned about punctures , go to your local tyre and ask for a used casing to match your existing , then you've got 2 spares , albeit one not on a rim .
