If you do have the tires rubbing there are other ways to sort out this problem, but depending on the vehicle concerned, you can also opt to just trim the fenders away until you have enough clearence, but then you will have to consider fitting wider flares to compensate for this type of mod to make it street leagal, but this type of fender trimming is mainly done when you fit 33" to 44" tyres, drastic measures for huge tires.

Mods...? Well, will see, Ironman 2' lift is a possibility and want a snorkel as turbo dieseld don't like dust I have heard... As I mentioned in another thread the stereo is the first thing that needs doing. Tyres are good for another 35000 kliks. So stereo first, then will see where it goes from there, bought it primarily because the BMW motorsport doesn't like gravel roads and I find myself more and more on them. Got a Jeep so yes I will be doing trails8) whether the bug bites and I end up with a monster truck and spend nights awake pondering how to fit 35" swampers into the wheel arches... we will see

Also need to figure out how to get the spare out of the boot asI really need that space.

Throw it on the roof rails, and tie it down.

    Default White aint a colour. . . .

Thank you. I don't want to sound politically incorrect, but I also own a white VW Polo and married a white woman, but if it helps, my dog is Black and White.

Black and white dog reminds me of Black and white scotch whiskey, nice looking white TJ mate, when the TJ was bought down here we actually wanted a Sahara colour but the @#@$%%%^^ dealer told us that they were not available, this is why we DO NOT WASH THE JEEP) after a trail we leave the mud and dust to settle, if it rains then the rain can wash it off, the Jeep is stored under a shade cloth roof in the yard, sometimes under the carport as well, just depends where the various Hilux's are and what we are working on.

Got a small question for you guys.

Should I change my name to Big Hilux & Jeep instead then you will know that I do not only support Hilux.?
