I thought it might be useful to provide links to the Zambian Lodges' websites.

I will ask the moderators to make this a sticky, and ask that if anyone has additional links to please post them on here. In the interests of clarity, could we perhaps keep conversation on this thread to virtually nothing?!!

Maps of Nsefu and Mfuwe areas at South Luangwa NP. Maps made by Menno Witteveen of Malama Umoyo Camp. Please consider the Old Petuake Route and a stay at Malama Umoyo Camp, which supports the local community.

Please also quote: Malama Umoyo Camp in the Malama Chiefdom (40km south west from Mfuwe, at the Luangwa River bank and close to Lusangazi SLNP gate). We have no website but email on [email protected] and I will send all details.
Malama Umoyo is specially for 4x4 tourists who like a break on a stunning place with a good bed, shower, braai, freezer and kitchen facilities. Be independent, bring your own food and drinks. The rest you can find at Malama Umoyo.

Here is another one that very few people know about: Kariba Bush Club, situated on Zambia's Largest Nile Crocodile Conservancy on the Shores of Lake Kariba. The Lodge is in Siansowa which is +- 330km's from Livingstone and 380km's from Lusaka. Visit the our website for more information : www.karibabushclub.com.

Do not forget the most wonderful Kasabushi camp in South Kafue NP.
The owners created an awesome and imaginative place easily reachable
on the good spinal road from the gate 21 km turn-off on highway M9.
    The facilities are simply superb.
