Hospitals, clinics, emergency services

Hi, does anyone possibly have a list of the emergency services and main hospitals/clinics in Zimbabwe.

I suggest you do a google search in the area(s) you intend to visit, since I see there are medical facilities scattered throughout Zimbabwe in all major towns and they generally seem to have good reviews.

I would however make sure I have good medivac coverage for if you are really in trouble and need to get out of dodge city in a hurry...and take some emergency stuff with you. Get your doctor to tell you how/when to use these..and when to shout for help!

I think this is an excellent question! I tend to not ever think about this...

I think that is overthinking things...When you get medical insurance/tour insurance these options are listed as being available and when in need, the insurer will arrange suitable transport. Knowing of medivac services is not useful info. It cannot be booked in advance nor be placed on standby....Coming from RSA and having insurance in RSA, will probably see medivac done by an RSA company back into an RSA facility...
If I need it I won't care whether I get picked up by Moonlight Safari single engine bush plane or being flown out with a King Air Jet, with ICU on board...as long as I get to appropriate care....
