Winch on winch bracket behind OEM bumper. ???

Looking for help + advice. Is it ok to fit a winch behind the OEM bumper. I need to fit a winch with a front removable Tow hitch. This is mainly to Surf launch and retrieve a Ski boat.

What is the size of the winch that is able to be fitted behind the OEM bumper. I am looking at a Runva 9500lbs to 12000lbs. Not sure what will fit.
It must have the removable tow hitch similar to what is fitted to the back of OEM Hilux. It will be installed on 2023 Hilux ext cab.

2nd Question: Where could I get this done. Supply winch bracket, supply tow hitch bracket and either I can supply the winch or they could. Plus installation.

I had something made up for me many years ago...Removeable winchplate that fit into a receiver on my Land cruiser back and front. Same size receiver...with all connections. Winch was bolted onto the plate and could be carried around... I am sure someone will be able to create a similar set-up for you.
The idea was to be able to attach the winch both on the front and at the back to be able to winch both ways...
Note that I did not have the original front bumper But maybe a plan can be made. You don't say what vehicle you are driving so one has to guess with regards space available behind your bumper.
ON the pics you see the actual plate with it's retaining pin, and on the other you see the square receiver on the bottom of the left hand side, bumper with the electric coupling next to it. Grey Brad Harrison plug. 100A I believe?

Decided to go with Stofpad 4x4 who supplied and facilitated the winch and Installation. Great service from Stofpad 4x4. The installer also did a good job with the installation but did re-connect my spot light and driving lights incorrectly. Easy to fix though.
