Is it possible to leave a SA registered vehicle in Botswana for more than 3 months.
If so, any idea of procedure and costs.

Is it possible to leave a SA registered vehicle in Botswana for more than 3 months.
If so, any idea of procedure and costs.

I think it is possible provided that:
- your license disk remains valid
- your TIP / road tax (as far as applicable) is paid for the period intended
- your documentation to bring the vehicle across the border is complete and adequate (which I assume it to be)

(my assumption as I never done it myself but my son keeps a SA vehicle registered for years and we do the yearly license renewal when in the country)
