Everest Diesel Pump Coming Loose

I have a 2013 Ford Everest. In December the diesel pump came loose. Risky as it is driven off the cam belt.

I took it to someone. They replaced the water pump, replaced the diesel pump bearing and secured the diesel pump. Did all belts etc as well.

2 Months later and the diesel pump is loose again.

Has anyone experienced this? What could cause it?

Problem sorted. Someone had used bolts to secure the diesel pump. Turns out it should have studs with nuts. Seems to be sorted out.
