I use the map you linked here. It is much newer than the US Army ones in the video. For instance the road from the N2 to Herbertsdale is totally different on the US Army map to what it has been for ages already. Even the GeoPDF maps you can get through direct link from the originally linked Uni of Texas site is about 40+ years old.
Also nice of the https://htonl.dev.openstreetmap.org/ map is that you get co-ordinates of your mouse pointer so can see what the co-ordinates are of places. By right clicking, you can copy the URL as text and the end of the URL string is your co-ordinates, so simple copy paste to make a travel list.
