Jeep

We (2 adults) plan on driving from CPT to DBN this December. Spend a few days in DBN, then head to Ponto do Ouro Moz (4 adults), via Kosi Bay for 4 nights. Would obviously want to drive and explore the surrounds. Might spend a night in one of the Northern KZN game parks.
Usually, we would use our 2017 Evoque SD4 HSE but we recently acquired a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 2.0T. Which vehicle would you choose for this trip?
- Jeep has proper 4x4 (lockers) and higher clearance.
- Evoque is probably more fuel efficient.
- Jeep has adaptive cruise control which will make the long-distance drive more comfortable.
- Evoque has 245/45R20 low profile tires vs 245/65R17 all season tires on the Jeep.
My biggest worry is navigating Southern Moz and getting stuck or limiting places we can go to because of the vehicle.
Thanks!

2011 VW Touareg V.8 TDI
2006 VW Touareg 3.0 TDi air suspension aka Pumba ( sold)
2003 Pajero IO 2.0 aka Bosvark
Either vehicle should be fine..
It is just sandy roads
I think you already know what vehicle you want to take

Take the Jeep
We all know you want to
Edit: But seriously, my opinion is that Jeep just purely because of the 4x4 system (better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it) and better tire profile.

Take the Jeep.
Even Macaneta Island is in the South of Moz, and trust me you can get decently stuck with the wrong vehicle.
But then you have to go off the tracks, otherwise you can do most with your other vehicle.

Take the Jeep, and come visit us in Santa Maria
It's not a one-day trip, but one night here will introduce you to our little paradise.
Its 80km past the Ponta turn off on the tar road, then 67km of nice beach sand roads to SM
