    Some sorry news for travellers planning northern Botswana stop over.
    As it appears, there was another fire and the lodge remains closed.

    Info from one of the booking agents but no details included.
    Date 07-Nov 2024

    Seems to be on the property as such.
    From one of the videos it looks like the kitchen block was mostly affected, so maybe the source of the fire is the kitchen.

    Flooding should be over by now, consequent damage however could last longer.
