    Default Landtrek 4x4

    Hi all,

I see Peugeot is giving huge discount on the 4x4 Allure model. I'm temped, but wary.
Are there any owners on the forum that can give some feedback on the vehicle?

Not really concerned about 4x4 capability, as it is a nice to have.
I know there has been rumors of expansion at Stellantis and building the bakkie here. But there are also issues at Stellantis.

    Thanks

    My BIL just bought one.

Great value for money and a nice drive - almost identical to the Isuzu 1.9.

If new than there is no worries, probably safest in terms of theft and Hi jacking risk.

its apparently based on a Chinese Bakkie

Based on 4x4 community threads, this one is very reliable. Not a single breakdown..

i bought mine in August and have been really happy. its fuel efficient and has all the creature comforts.

if you don't mind a stiff ride (not bad by any means but its no Ranger) and the engine being a little louder than modern diesels there really is no faulting it.

i had simple issues like the fob batteries that were low and tires had a flat spot due to it being old stock but other than that i am very happy with mine.

Not the 4x4 version but I see they are now selling the DC auto for R450k. That's a R191k discount
