My one rear ACE flex hose got damaged, luckily I managed to catch it in time before causing damage to the pump. I have removed the ACE relay and fuse putting it into "block mode" but am still slowly losing fluids. Will have to remove said hose and take to a hydraulics shop here in Knysna to have the flex hose replaced.

Once I have the newly fixed pipe in hand, do I need to replace the seals that go into the valve block as well? - I've read mixed opinions on this

Once all is replaced, is it necessary to bleed the whole system again? - some say just drive like a mad bastard, swerving all over and some say, you need a nanocom/testbook and some say it will sort itself out

If I wish to get rid of the ACE system, can I simply remove the hydraulic actuators/rams, pipes, replace the pump with the aftermarket pulley and shorter belt?
If not, are there any none ACE anti-roll bars available on the group?

Are you replacing the pipe from the ACE block or just putting a new piece into the break?

Nanocom does have an ACE bleed function but I've never used it. When I.replaced the hydraulic ram on mine I just drove around a roundabout in both directions, tilting the body as much as I could..Seems to have worked.

I am going to ask that they just replace the flexhose that was broken. I am not sure if the hydraulics shop will be able to do the replacement with the pipe still connected to the valve block.

My actuators are also leaking a tiny bit so I am considering replacing the ACE with a standard anti-roll setup in the medium term.

Speak to Walter at Lrxtreme. I was told they can "deactivate/lock" the system by doing some magic and just adding a new idler pulley and assembly. Not sure how it works.
I had a pipe repaired in situ by landitech in boksburg. They cut out the damaged piece and put in another piece with hydraulic fittings..
