Accomodation in/around Colesburg

Morning all,
im presently in Harare heading home to Somerset West after an amazing month in the bush in Northern Zim. Once I’m home I’ll get a trip report sorted. Meantime does anyone have a recommendation for an overnight spot in Colesburg. Preferably with off street parking for my Bushlapa?

As others have recommended, we always stay at Kuilfontein, Bruce.

Stayed there recently on 14th of this month

Speak to Lexi, Patricia or Milka on (082) 552-2488 to see what's available.

However they alternate with making the Paddocks or the Stable Cottages available. The Paddocks are self-catering but they will supply food packs and there is muesli, milk and juice included whereas the Cottages have the evening meal as well as breakfast. Breakfast is included in the price.

Also great a few km's south of ColesBERG just off the N1 is Kuilfontein. Take the dinner option with Karoo lamb!

Gamamadi, just outside Three Sisters, its very safe and lots of parking and place to turn around with a caravan etc.

That looks good. Just past 3 Sisters is Travalia, which we also enjoy.

Hi

Gariep Forever resort is really a lovely place for camping as well as challet overnighting. They also have a lovely restaurant and even pensioner fees.

We go there regularly on our way north and back.

Hulle kry vol pubte vir Netheid en gasvryheid. Die bed is net te sag vir my.

Goeie warde vir geld teen R 700 vir die nag.

Het in 2021 by Onze Rus in Colesberg oorgestaan vir 1 aand en fasiliteite was goed. Weet nie hoe lyk dit nou daar nie

Merino Inn gets the job done. On-site restaurant so once you parkland check in no reason to leave. Kuulfontein has more style but honestly for a one nighter Merino Inn gets the job done. They also dog friendly.

We overnight here, Merino Inn. I can also recommend it
