    Default Santa Fe starting issue

    Hi all

So this morning my 2011 Santa Fe 2.2CRDI auto started like normal and drove about 10kms. Was parked for 40 minutes and when I tried to start all the lights come on but no starter swing. Lights working aircon fan windows.

Tried several times and then popped the bonnet and checked the battery terminals, both sides were snug. Tried again and she started up The anti skid light remained on for the drive home.

Switched off and then tried to start and all good. Let it stand for 2 hours and confirmed battery voltage was at 12.8v. Started again and all is good. The anti skid warning is now off.

My battery is 3 years old and has not shown any sign of dying. alternator charging voltage was 14.2v so all that seems ok and that was with the headlights on as the car was in the garage.

Has anyone had this happen to them before? Should I go get the battery checked, go to Hyundai and ask to do a diagnostic check?
