KTP bookings May '25

Good day
I have been trying to make a booking for Rooiputs and Polentswa for May 2025 through Inter Tourism, without success. According to IT the emails are down at DWNP - this now for 2+ weeks?

I have booked the corresponding camping at the SA side which are due for payment shortly.

Anyone experiencing the same issue or perhaps another way of booking?

The DWNP e-mail was down most part April but they have since managed to fix it. The only way to get a bookings was, we had to call directly the landline and sometimes you had to hold for a long time while they book you manually. They have since repaired the email issue and sending provisional booking for payments.
You have to be consistently calling or else, you will find space taken. I can confirm that whole of April 2025 is already fully booked for Rooiputs and other and other campsites space getting filled up quickly.

Yes the emails were down sometimes around May as i was making a booking for April 25 but now they are up and running because two weeks ago i did receive provisional booking from them.

Thanks for the information. I did speak to DWNP but unfortunately May 2025 is fully booked for the 2 sites. will try for June '25

I mailed NDM twice around 2-3 weeks ago, didn't even get a response unfortunately. Maybe this was the reason

Their emails i guess are working because on Sunday 16 June 2024 (2 days ago) i sent an email with an attachment of my Credit Card Authorization form making payment for my booking. so yesterday i received an SMS on my phone from the bank confirming that payment was made to Botswana Wildlife and National Parks which means that they did receive my email.
