Default Jeep WJ 2.7 Resurrection Project

I bought this 2004 Jeep WJ 2.7 CRD in December for my YouTube channel and to build a good off-roading vehicle.

Knowing its a 2.7 CRD I'm going to have all sorts of problems, first off I didn't go view the vehicle, as I was 1500km away, I had a friend look at it, he told me it starts but leaks diesel badly, but the body looked good.
    SO I bought it....

I know this might not be the best way to share info on my project by posting YT links, but believe me, making the videos takes a lot of time and I enjoy it. Please consider subscribing.

I will share every episode on this thread.

I started by trying to sort out the diesel issue in episode 1, and discovered I have a bad or multiple bad injectors.

    Episode 2.

The gearbox was not engaging, not knowing the Mercedes Gearbox that well, I started by giving it a proper service.

Still no luck, but then I found the issue... Shifter PCB, looked like someone spilled some liquid on it, cleaning the board helped a bit.

    Episode 3.

I send my injectors in for testing, after 3 months I got told that 2 injectors are running very lean and the other 3 is out of spec.

The quote was ridiculous, almost the price of 5 new injectors, which is also very expensive. I started searching and found 5 verified tested injectors for a good price and a spare turbo (just in case)

The Jeep was smoking badly tho, so had to search for the reason.

    Part 5:

Still trying to get the Gearbox to select gears, and had to remove the Turbo, found more damage.

On the positive side, a straight piped 2.7 CRD sound pretty nice...
