Gauging from the amount of trucks loaded only with new Prados heading inland on the N3 two weeks ago. One can only assume the launch is very near.

Does any body know if the 243kw 2.4l petrol hybrid planned for the GR version is coming to SA?

From what I have read, the Prado only gets the 2.8 GD6. The lexus gets the petrol Turbo version of the 300 and a hybryd.

If the Prado came with, even a detuned version, of the 3.3 diesel of the 300...........
