as a thought, you wont get to Israel by road going through Egypt, there's a bit of a war going on and you also will be denied entry into Israel itself due to the self same war (unless you on Israeli passports) then you have Sudan to get past on your way
As to the vehicle - get a carne du passage (which will probably be very expensive) - remember that in many countries along your path you will be importing then exporting the vehicle, be prepared to have loads of stickers, forms, 3rd party and other insurances tacked on, extra fire extinguisher's, extra cash wallets all over to keep the patrols happy
Also the 4 adults travelling will also need passports that are accepted in the countries you going to drive through, you need to check what's accepted / what's not and what the visa process is, you may also need to get certain medical certificates / vaccines done and some cant be done immediately and may require passports / personal submission at consulates
The idea you have normally takes a good few months to plan, its not something you can just point north and do - certainly not now
In light of this I would examine your "WHY" then break it down
its probably way easier, faster and cheaper to fly in - just not through "Dubai"................. - suggest a Mediterranean nation and then go to Israel - save the fuel / carne du passage fees / time and extra risk
