    Yes we had to stand and free when possible to give te rear ends a rest. We stopped every 50km's or so to replenish the shammy cream on the sit bones.
    At the end of the day we stopped and walked short bits to get the Blood flowing and give our arms a rest.
    It took about a month after this for the strentgh to come back in my hands again
