Recommendations around Ponta de Oura/Malongane - sea views but not too many steps

Grandma is coming out from UK in June to see grandkids and we are wanting to go to Moz for 6-7 days for some sun. We are looking for recommendations for a place that sleeps 4 around Ponta de Oura/Ponte Malongane area.

Ideally sea views so there is a possibility of whale/dolphin sighting, but also not to many steps down to the beach as the old girl has had a hip replacement and hundreds of steps are not going to go down well.

Mar e sol in ponta du ora. Awesome seaviews, no steps but deck path to the main beach. It might be a bit much for gran, but its a short 2min drive to the beach access from there

Most of the places from memory along that coastline past Do Ouro are high up and even an unfit old lad like myself will struggle with the steps.

Ponta Malongane does not have seaviews, but you can hear the waves from your room and it is a level 50m walk from a chalet to the beach.

Front houses in Kangela estate or Mar Azul - both in Malongane. Look on gobundu.com

Ponta Mar is on the beach, just walk out of the gate and you are on the sand. It is right in town.
