Blue Nova App

this app used to work and I could get all info from the battery .it now gives me an error as per attached pic, when I try and open it . I un-installed and re installed but same thing . Tried a different phone same thing. I contacted Blue Nova who said they have had problems with the app but thought it was fixed. As yet they have not reverted back to me as promised , but I will give them a few days more , before contacting them again. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. It's annoying, luckily my Victron charger can give me the battery charging status .

I bought 4 of these batteries. Believing the Blue tooth feature is nice. It was working fine till beginning of 2024.
So this feature is useless and not worth the extra R1000.
The update broke the app. Blue Nova support told me that they are aware of this and the new update of 1 March 2024 with fix the problem.
Well, it is not working. It flashes for a few minutes and then dies again.
Fined it ridicules that Blue Nova does not fix it. Or revert back to the older version.
Or maybe I have to buy an Apple iPhone may that solves the problem.

My BN app also stopped working on my android cellphone I changed the app permissions in settings and it is working again, maybe try that hopefully it works for others as well.

I just called Blue Nova and was informed that the blue tooth option has been discontinued

Hi. The Blue Nova app seems to be working again! However, noticed my 108ah battery capacity is shown as 100ah! Did anyone try the app and what does your the capacity show?
