Google is conflicting but I can't work out what animal this would belong to.
Frog turd.
2003 Mitsubishi Pajero 3.2 Di-d LWB
Frog poop. We find them in our garden regularly. Had a small frog family that stayed here. Came out early evening for a swim in the bird baths we have in the garden
If you can, break the turd and try and identify whether the contents contains plant/insect or rodent parts. Then you can narrow down the list of suspects.

I would also go with frog. White tip on poo is absent.
Only one way to be 100% sure. Dress up as a frog and sit still in the garage. If a snake comes to eat you, you have a snake. If a frog comes to mate with you, you have frog.

Don’t blame yourself over past mistakes. It’s like driving down the N1 while looking in the rear view mirror only.

In the interest of transparency, I must disclose that my real name is Anakin Skywalker. I hail from the planet Tatooine. When I am not piloting my Imperial Class Destroyer, a magnificent vessel that perfectly complements my malignant narcissism, I drive a Nissan Patrol, a Japanese automobile from Planet Earth that certainly grounds me in many, many ways.
Found this. Looks too small for the dung size.
Very large skink lizard.
Looks like Variegated Skink

Maybe you have a snake and a frog...

I would say a gheko.
We have a couple around the house.
Most turds do have a white tip, but occasionally do get them without the white tip.
We find ours near open windows, guessing that they hang around here hoping to catch the odd miggie?
