Default Sandwani 4x4 - ever done it?

Has anyone done this trail / course recently?

I can't find much about it on youtube either.
I'm visiting some family closeby in a few weeks and reckoned I could go try it out.

I have the 3.2 everest with all terrain tires, some rock sliders and a bash plate.

If you have been there before, let me know what your experiences were there!

Been there abour 2 years ago. Think 2 or 3 open quarries to play in. Nothing 2 serious. Just a nice fun day out!

Let me know when you planning to go. Might join

I went there the past weekend.

    It has 3 parts.

The first is an "academy" track which is cast cement with side slopes, varying inclines, a log bridge and cross-axles.
Very beginner-friendly setup to build confidence.

Then there is a big open quarry which is like a massive playground.

A lot of the obstacles seem easy but the ground just gives in underneath your wheels, making it a lot more challenging than you'd think!
The funny thing is that it's only like that sporadically throughout the quarry, so you're always a bit suprised by either making it over effortlessly or finding yourself spinning wheels & going nowhere.

I didn't manage to do the 3nd section, which is an eco trail through a bit of bushveld on the property with more natural obstacles.

    Will be back for more!
