T4A says around 3 hours 30 minutes. With the state of the roads as they usually are, and with the time you need to spend at the Naabi Hill entrance gate to sort the formalities, I would estimate around 5 hours, to be on the safe side.

Any idea of drive time to Seronera after leaving the crater?

My blog: Our African Ramblings (https://safaribug.wordpress.com/)
From Seronera to Naabi Gate took us 3:45, with a few stops for game viewing. Naabi Gate took 1:05 to clear. We then continued to Ngorongoro, and took 4:25 - BUT we went via Ndutu Lake and Endulen, which was really worthwhile. The main road is (or was) heavily corrugated and the smaller roads via Ndutu Lake were good to travel. Actual moving time was 6:05.
Last time I stopped at Ngorongoro Seneto descent road at 11:03 and arrived at Naabi 12:47. We continued after a 70 min break and did some en route game drive meandering the main road arriving at Sero public campsite at 16:00. So net driving time was 3:47 including enroute game drive in central serengeti.
