Exclamation 2018 gwm steed 2.0 vgt 4x2 dc - problems

    HI guys.

i need some urgent help please, if anyone has found themselves in a similar situation, please advise. i have spent +- R60,000.00 excluding labour already and cannot find a solution to the problem
Bought the bakkie brand new in 2018 2.0VGT DC 4x2. it now has 57K kms on it

problems started in march 2023, bakkie was running fine and then started losing power, meaning i could not accelerate. Even in neutral the bakkie would take forever to accelerate or for the revs to increase even with your foot down stuck on the floor. someone advised that the accelerator assembly could be problematic, so i ordered 1 from GWM. it took +- 2weeks to arrive and the bakkie was parked off.
i fitted it as it is just 3 bolts and the wiring harness. - this did not fix the problem.

tried to start again after +- 3 days and bakkie refused to start.

called a diesel mechanic that knows his stuff and found that there was air in the fuel line. he bled it, it started but still would not rev up. drove it in limp mode to his workshop +-30kms away, and the little hills between my house and workshop were a problem to get over. eventually got it there almost burning the clutch.

turbo was not spooling so we fitted a brand new one. - this did not fix the problem
sent the injectors and injector pump to diesel electric. they were cleaned and tested and found that they needed replacing. replaced from GWM with originals
manual hand feed pump under passenger side found to be leaking - replaced from GWM with originals including pipes.

while it was waiting for the parts from GWM i replaced:
    - full timing belt kit (original - GWM)
    - full fan belt kit (original - GWM)
    - full service kit (original - GWM)
    - front brake pads (original - GWM)
    - rear brake shoes (ATE)
    - rear shocks (KYB)
    - diff oil - (liqui moly)
    - gearbox oil - (liqui moly)
    - radiator cleaned - (silverton)
    - intercooler cleaned - (Silverton)
    - fuel tank removed and cleaned - (Workshop)

vehicle was assembled and sent to BOSCH for coding etc

while there i replaced the following:
    - new starter (diesel electric)
    - new Crank sensor (Original - GWM)
    - new battery - (SABAT)

vehicle starts, but still doesn't rev up.

    - replaced EGR valve (MPD)

vehicle still doesn't rev up. has almost no power at all.

Im at the verge of a breakdown myself with all the stress and money pit this bakkie has become.

    please help.
