Mystery External Gullwing Rear Boxes Cabinets Lockers

I saw this Landie with EXTERNAL rear gull wing boxes but have spent days online but failed find anyone who sells them. I have the Front Runner rear boxes with gullwing doors, but they remove a huge amount of valuable interior space and, as landies already have the coefficient drag factor of a wardrobe, why not make the boxes external. I’m in Joburg area for a few days and would love to get a pair of these, if anyone knows how!
