Looking for a Diesel engine

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anybody know where you can buy a second Cruiser V8 Diesel, and what would the price be of one, just ruffle, or any other V8 or V6 Diesel engines. I can remember years ago there was a company in KZN that import american V6 and V8 diesel engines, they were called Dieseldog, but I don't think they are going anymore.

There is a company in Port Elizabeth that re-builds engines to OEM specs.
I bought a new 3.2 litre diesel engine, complete with a new pump & injectors for under a 100k, delivered to my door.

They have an excellent website, and the guys I spoke to were very knowledgeable. I dealt with Craige Brown.

The company is Remtec.

Quite a few 1VD V8 Cruiser engines for sale at Gumtree. Easy with a 1VD from a 70 Series as it has stand alone ECU`s

In person I think the days that you spend money on mechanical pump diesel engines are gone. Even 6BT Cummins ruin the bank to make proper power.

Common rail ECU controlled diesel engines react just so much better to power enhances.
