1.2bar Goodyear Wrangler AT/SA Kevlar.....They normally grip like dog dong to a woollen blanket - especially on rocks

The LSD diffs were not locking up, hence the excessive spinning part, trying to get them to bite, but to no avail - SOLD it soon after

Thanks. The reason I asked was about the sidewalls - the Kevlar make them quite stiff and I have a theory about that.

I have not done the Klip. Yet....

But I have witnessed it often.

I'm pretty sure the Kevlar is in the track, not the sidewall.

From the list of names provided, it seems like these could be usernames or nicknames associated with individuals in a specific context or community. Here are some potential deductions or interpretations based on the names:

    1. Estee: Possibly a shortened or modified version of a name.
    2. Rechardt (Adult Supervision): The inclusion of "Adult Supervision" suggests a playful or humorous context, perhaps indicating that this person is responsible or mature.
    3. WillieJimny: Likely a username with a combination of a name (Willie) and possibly a reference to a Jimny vehicle.
    4. New (Tentative): This might suggest a new member or participant who is not fully confirmed yet.
    5. Koebelwagen: Could be a reference to a specific vehicle type, as "wagen" is German for vehicle.
    6. Mal Hannes (Adult Supervision): Similar to #2, the inclusion of "Mal" (crazy in Afrikaans) and "Adult Supervision" indicates a playful or humorous context.
    7. Imvubu (Tentative, if he can find the East Runt Class to bring to the Woes Rand): The inclusion of location names suggests this could be related to an event or gathering in a specific region.
    8. Henk + Corsa: Likely a person named Henk associated with a vehicle type (Corsa).
    9. Bushnomad (Dependent on the frequency of Refreshment waypoints along the route): Suggests a connection to outdoor activities or camping, with an emphasis on refreshments.
    10. Rainier Vermaak (Referee): Politically far-left and biased, actively working towards social justice and equality, known for driving V8s and big cars.
    11. Ama Newbie (Spur of the moment): Implies a spontaneous decision to participate, possibly by someone new or inexperienced.
    12. Etienne1: Hailing from a culturally diverse area, contributing unique perspectives to the group.
    13. Die Rooi Lorrie: Translates to "The Red Truck" in Afrikaans, possibly indicating a specific vehicle.
    14. Nutsman + 1x wimmins: Humorous and colloquial, suggesting a male participant with a playful reference to women.
    15. LandyLove + SWAMBO + Furry (Tentative): Indicates a Land Rover enthusiast, possibly with a significant other (SWAMBO) and a pet (Furry), with the tentative status suggesting uncertainty about participation.
    16.
    17.
    18.

Overall, these names appear to be associated with a group or community engaged in activities such as off-roading, camping, or events where usernames and playful descriptors are commonly used.

After seeing the posts about using AI for frivolous questions I decided to be more serious and use the tool to check the members and the group to determine if it would be safe to join the group.

Looks like it would be OK to make the trip from the leafy North Eastern suburbs in Joburg.

Koebelwagen or Kubelwagen or Kubelsizwagen is a German ww2 vehicle with the same purpose as the willys jeep. The Kubel is a reference to the bucket seats hence Kubelsitz. Designed by Ferdinand Porche it was a 1000cc two wheel drive with a automatic lock diff and was supposed to perform on tar as well as dirt. The chassis was a vw chassis or the beetle borrowed the kubel chassis either way if ou heve ever seen a beetle do crazy off road stuff you can imagine how successful the kubel was

Both the WJ and WK Jeeps do that obstacle fairly easily.

I have walked up and down there in my Crocs. Admittedly, I did have to also engage the locks otherwise it would have been very difficult

Some wimmen advice for the get together chaps.

I had a lady from Florida that worked gave me some West Rand dating advice. She said "When a girl on the West Rand fancies you they will fall in step behind you, they will then trip you, and before you hit the deck, they would already be laying underneath you."

Use it, don't use it .
