    That is 6 deaths per 100 live births.
    I did use the word "yet" as it is really just a matter of time before he contracts Malaria, we are careful but it's impossible to fully protect from all mosquito bites. I'm not in any way trying to down play the threat of Malaria so don't shoot me here. I'm giving a perspective of someone with kids the same age who lives in a high malarial area and travels with them. Living here we also don't have the protection of profolactics.
    Every parent needs to weigh up the risk for their children with everything they do with the information they have, so I thought getting perspectives from people who actually live there on the ground that deal with it daily might be of value.
