It would be interesting to know the areas you visited on those respective tyres and if it was in the same vehicle?

Different (much heavier) vehicle, same areas / roads.

It is actually as simple as this; no AT tyre should be tearing out chunks of tread at 28k km (of which at least 70% was tar btw)

Was this your only set of BF's?

As mentioned else, very happy with my KO3's so far. 12,000 and they still look brand new

No, had a few sets before (US made) 80 - 100k km on those (same “off-road abuse” )
