    Default Unwelcome visitor.

This afternoon I heard a commotion outside my house. My dogs were going crazy. I went to look and there was this crazy dude who jumped into my servitude and caught this beautiful green male snake.

I would never think we had poisonous snakes in such a built up area and he is also a big boy. He caught a black mamba in the morning but not sure where. As I said , bush snakes, grass snakes yes , but big poisonous snakes like this ,Im suprized.

Check out Nick Evans on YouTube or Facebook. The leafy suburbs are full of Black Mamba, Moz Cobras, you name it. They're always there, they like us less than we like them so generally just move off. Westville and Kloof seem particularly popular.

Waking up in the morning is a good start. Then remember never ever to cross off the last item on your "bucket list" before first adding at least one more !!

To be a bit pedantic, I don’t know if that snake is poisonous but it’s certainly venomous.

He lives across the road from me. Useful to have him in the neighborhood. I wonder if it was one of his pets that went for a walk.

I see this popped up on my youtube hits. This guy was very lucky my Rottweiler was locked in the house. I would hate to think what would have happened if he was half way up the ladder and my rotti attacked him. I must get these broken panels fixed on my boundary wall.
