Sounds like you have a bust head gasket, loosing water into the cylinder. Someone will need to do a pressure test.
You might see water coming out the exhaust.

It is a 2002 Grand Cherokee CRD losing water without any signs under the hood, simptoms experienced are
-struggle to start every mornings and sometimes during the day
- fill up radiator reservour every day
- white smoke
Any advice on probable dianostics will be appreciated and resonable repair center with out using the stealers in the Durban area.

jip. sounds like a headgasket. Do a compression check. You might also be able to visually spot white smoke from the exhaust.
White smoke = coolant
Black smoke = diesel
Check the oil in the sump to see if you have water in there. And yes head gasket is gone.
