Vereeniging had a ranger and an amarok
Peru busy as ever with the P's
I was busy in Strand with a sprinter that has boosting issues.

A day for Fords.
In Vereeniging this beaut of a 3.0L got a nice 120Nm extra to play with.

While in Namibia the 2.2 Ranger got a stage 1, gearbox adaption and we set the pilot injection.
Wow what a difference.

Not sure what changes were done exactly and whether it was orientated for towing or not and whether it will need any further tweaks or not

Vehicle goes great with current tune unladen and was wondering about towing thing and whether current tune would be sufficient for that as well?

The remap will definitely improve towing considerably.

We do make some subtle changes to the power delivery more specific to towing for the guys that request it.

I would say typically for the guy that only drives his rig on weekends and on holiday.

Not with a remap.
But some changes to the turbo and intercooler does wonders!

Howzit.
Yes definitely. The 2.8 give you 25kW and 80-100Nm of gains!

And that power is available on tap when you need it.

Our branch in Peru had a P series Ambulance in this morning.
These guys work at crazy heights it seems.
So keeping that in mind when working on boost and load tables is rather essential.

Pretoria tuned one of our community members FJ, and I have no doubt he is over the moon with the overall change in the vehicle.

Also from the community I had a D4-d in for a stage 1 with egr blank.

Land Cruiser 200 series was in at Silverton for a Stage 1 remap and a stage 1 Gearbix remap.
very much fun to drive now :-)
