This good looking 2019 GD6 came in for a full exhaust, remap with Gearbox tune and a CanoPeak canopy. He literally took the one of the display.
    Now this looks wicked!

Next up would be a TPMS set, Tailgate locking kit and easy Down struts for tha excessively Hilux tailgate.

Isuzu 4JJ1 came in for the full monty
    Service
    Belts
    Intake clean
    EGR blank
    Unichip removal (spliced in)

We did some extra work like an intercooler pressure test and flush, tested injectors and a few odds And ends. My compression testing kit did fit, which was weird.

So the intake, well years of unichip and an EGR system left their mark.
The oil, even though it was changed recently, was gunked up and the diesel filter was crazy dirty.
We flushed the engine with almost 5l of clean oil after the drain and even that was still dripping when We came in the next morning. Suggested we do another oil and filter change in 5000km.

Filled the diesel filter housing with some good ol LM diesel Purge and this was the easiest bleed ever after taking off a cars fuel Pipes.

Is it advisable to do a front mount cooler first on a D4d Fortuner? Have you seen any better figures / advantages of doing this?

If you are looking at pushing more serious numbers yes,.
With a normal stage 1 I would not spend the extra money.

Most definitely. Much advisable is to also blank off the EGR and bypass that cooler.

I take in consideration the kilos and condition of the car when we map. And off course you get a nice health check with the whole process.

Yes. You can chat with Ramlan. He has a very setup.
I know he is currently returning from the DRC.
If you need anything urgently Mike in Silverton will also be able to assist.

Plet will be able to assist with the software, but not the hardware.
