I was actually waiting for someone to pick up on that.
Well done! Means you guys are reading the posts.

We only did the CAT hardere now. And did a Propper stage 1.
Client first needed confirmation that the software vs the actual removal of the hardware would be necessary.
We explained the risks involved in doing this.
He is over the moon, so now, the next step will be to do the downpipes. Because he wants it to sound like my touareg.

Came in for Adblue delete, customer got the fright of his life when Audi quoted him to service / replace the system.
We did the DPF and EGR cooler hardware delete as well.
Saving the customer a few thousand Mandelas and future headaches.

A straight up stage 1 for this beast.
Next round will be a full exhaust and stage 2 + with some tweaking here and there..

When you talk of EGR delete, is it a software thing you do? Or do you use a blanking plate (hardware)?

Question is specific for a 2.2 Ranger

On the Ranger I would recomment the hardware delete as well
as the EGR cooler is your problem here.

We blank the Cooler on the manifold to stop the hot gasses from the Exhaust to gro through.
If your cooler is already shot, we bypass is completely.

This along with a Stage 1 remap, does wonders for your drivibilty and economy...

Some good news for Hilux and 200 series Cruiser owners.

We have to following mapping options available.
Stage 1 / 2 ECU Remap
Stage 1 / 2 TCU Remap
and then just in, A DUAL map that utiliazes the power button.
NOw this button usually only changes shift point on the auto box, but we can now ad a remap to it as well.
So we can do a full economy tune for you for normal everyday use, and then a stage 2 power tune for when you press that POWER button.

Available at all our branches.
Western Cape
PE
KZN
Silverton
Midrand
Swakopmund and Windhoek.

Had this well kitted 2.5 D4-d in this morning. EGR blank and a stage 1 remap.
It still amazes me how awesome these feel after a map.

Our Peru branch does amazing work with downpipes on these, that accompanied by an awesome remap sees this guy driving 2000km+ a week to meet with clients.
